Notes for Ellen DILLON
Family lore said that Joseph & Ellen Hogan traveled to St. Louis from Philadelphia with Mary Jane Dillon Buxton and her husband Captain William J. Buxton, who got a land grant from Gen. Grant in Cedar Hill, MO. The Buxton family has a family tree on Ancestry.com and still has that farm in Cedar Hill. But Mary Jane and Joseph Hogan settled in East St. Louis.
Notes for Joseph Michael (Spouse 1)
