Floyd's fist child died before baptism and the priest would not allow the infant's burial as a Catholic so Floyd (and his wife Florence) left the church. When Floyd died, Florence returned to the church.
This was told to Peggy Fay Kramer by Floyd, Junior, at the funeral of Norma in St. Louis in 2007.
